RadarVirtuel provides a real world live radar air picture (updating but non realtime). The air picture does only show tracks based on secondary surveillance radars. Track data shows extracts of the flight plans, no mode III/A, III/C or mode S. You'll only see IFR traffic. People with air defense or ATC back ground will smile but it is one of the best live radar pictures I've seen on the internet!
